SHIPPING METHODS

It is our aim to ensure a fast as well as immediate service and delivery of our products.

We ship to all European countries listed below.

Shipping within Europe

All available items in orders placed before 12am on a working day are dispatched on the same day. All other orders are dispatched on the next working day. Usually we ship within 48 hours from placing your order.

After your order has been approved, we proceed to the preparation stage and then we ship it. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). If you place your order on a Saturday, it will go through the approval, preparation and shipping stages on the following Monday.

If for any reason there is a delay with your order, you will be notified within a reasonable period of time by e-mail and/or by phone in order to inform you about the anticipated time of shipping. In this case, (if you find the delivery date inconvenient) you can replace the item in question with another, or even cancel the order and receive a refund.

Cost of Shipment

It is our aim at Sportistas.com to offer our customers the lowest possible shipping rates with fast and secure delivery.

Therefore, orders shipped within Europe will be delivered to the designated address by DHL Express or National Post registered delivery, always depending on the price, size and weight of the products.

• All orders over 50€ are dispatched with DHL Express
• Orders below 50€ are dispatched with National Post registered delivery

Delivery time can vary in cases of product unavailability or in the case of special orders. Extra charges on the shipping cost may arise in the case of a large order. We will always contact you in advance to ensure that the shipping charges are acceptable to you.

Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Shipment Tracking

Following the registration of your order at Sportistas.com, you will receive an e-mail containing your order confirmation for the selected items, the order number and the total cost.

Next, after your order has been approved and prepared, you will receive a second e –mail containing the unique code-number of the parcel that will be delivered to you.    This code number enables you to track your order on the courier service webpage, by visiting the link that appears in this e-mail.
