In our efforts to satisfy our customers' expectations concerning the products selected from Sportistas.com, we offer the possibility of return for all purchased items. You can exchange the merchandise or get a refund within 10 working days from the date of delivery (according to the delivery receipt), under the following conditions. Please, note that:
- If you intend to return an item, you should print out the return form, in order to return this form with your order.
- Sportistas.com reserves the right to refuse the return of merchandise that has not been returned according to the conditions below.
- In addition, you may be charged for shipping and handling costs of the items that will be returned to you, should the conditions have been violated.
The following conditions should be respected for merchandise returns to Sportistas.com:
- The return /exchange request should be made within 10 working days of the delivery date (according to delivery receipt). You should send an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All products should be returned in their original, unused condition.
- All items should have the original tags and labels attached, as well as the original packing (e.g. shoe boxes) when received.
- We understand that the recipient, having received the ordered items, would like to verify that they meet expectations. Some of these products come in direct contact with your skin (e.g., swimming costumes). Bearing this in mind, please be considerate and only try on these products over underwear.
- Please make sure that the completed return form is enclosed with the package.
Upon the above-mentioned conditions being fulfilled, you can return the item to Sportistas.com for exchange, or refund. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Please bear in mind that we can precede to a complete refund only if the returned items meet the above- mentioned conditions and can therefore be re-sold.
To return a non- defective product, you should contact us via e-mail at email@example.com so that we can guide you through the return procedure.
When returning an item the customer bears the return shipping cost.
The customer bears the responsibility for shipping the product back to the point of purchase, as it is not possible for Sportistas.com to track the parcel through the various mail or transport services. For this reason we recommend that you send products with registered post.
Sportistas.com takes responsibility for the shipment of an incorrect or a defective item that is reported and returned within 10 working days from the date of delivery (based on the delivery receipt). You should send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The replacement is free of charge. Should you not find the replacement satisfactory, you will receive a complete refund.
- Return or exchange requests should be sent by e-mail to email@example.com no later than 10 working days following the date of delivery (based on the delivery receipt).
- In all returns and exchanges, items should be in the original, unused condition in which you received them.
- All items should have the original tags and labels attached, as well as the original packing (e.g. shoe boxes) in which they were received.
We will proceed to a complete refund in the same way as the transaction was made.
We recommend that you send items by registered post, especially in the case of expensive items. We do not bear responsibility for any items lost during the return procedure.
