Our goal is fast and efficient service and delivery of our products. We ship throughout Greece and Cyprus.

Shipments within Attica

For deliveries within Attica, products will be sent to the address you have provided via courier service, depending on the volume or weight of the products.

Shipments outside Attica

For deliveries outside Attica, products will be sent to the address you have provided via courier service, depending on the volume or weight of the products.

Shipments with BOX NOW

1. Select BOX NOW Lockers as your delivery option during checkout.
2. Choose the locker location that is most convenient for you (e.g., near your home or workplace).
3. You will receive a message on your mobile phone with a six-digit PIN code.
4. Use this PIN on the locker keypad to collect your parcel from the designated compartment.

Shipping with this service costs €2.50 for orders under €49, with a maximum weight of 20 kg and dimensions up to 60 x 44 x 35 cm.

This service is available only for orders paid by credit card.

Deliveries to remote areas may be delayed by 1–2 additional days.

Shipping Costs:

Orders under €49.00: shipping cost is €2.50

Orders over €50.00: free shipping

Cash on Delivery:

Cash on delivery fee: €1.50

Shipments to Cyprus:

For deliveries to Cyprus, products are shipped via courier within up to 7 working days.

Shipping cost is the same for all areas of Cyprus and amounts to €9.00 (including VAT), depending on the volume or weight of the products.

Delivery Days: Monday–Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 (excluding public holidays)

BOX NOW Shipments

This service is not available for shipments to Cyprus.

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24–48 hours. This applies from the moment your order is approved, prepared, and handed over for shipment. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). If you place your order on Friday after 13:00, it will be processed on Monday.

If there is a delay with your order or a product is out of stock in our physical stores, we will contact you within a reasonable time via email and/or phone to inform you of the expected shipping time. In such cases, you may request a change of product or cancellation of the order and a refund.

During sale or promotional periods, delivery time may be extended to 5–10 working days due to increased order volume.

During holiday periods, delivery time may also be extended to 5–10 working days.

Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed on Sportistas.com, you will receive an email confirming your order, including the selected items, order number, and total cost.

After your order is approved and prepared, you will receive another email with a unique tracking number for your shipment. This number allows you to track your order via the link provided in the email.

Shipping Cost Policy

Sportistas.com aims to provide products with the lowest possible shipping cost.

For shipments within Greece:

Free shipping for all orders over €49

For lower-value orders, shipping cost is €2.50

For shipments to Cyprus:

Standard shipping: €9, delivery time up to 10 days

Cash on delivery is not available for Cyprus.

Delivery times may vary in cases of limited product availability or special processing requirements.

Additional shipping charges may apply only in cases of very large orders, and only after prior notification and customer approval.
